General rental conditions

The rules that apply to every Amidine Car rental: who can drive, what the insurance covers and what remains your responsibility.

The tenant

The rental contract designates the first driver of the car which is solely responsible for any deterioration or deterioration of the state of the car following a bad handling or use on an unpaved track.
A check of the condition of the car and its accessories is essential before signing the contract. No dispute client's previous agreement is not accepted.

All our cars are covered by comprehensive insurance risk with 20% deductible.
In the event of a claim and your liability is engaged totally or partially, you will only bear 20% of the value damage caused in addition to the days of immobilization of the car for the reparation.
In the event of a claim and your responsibility is not engaged, our insurance contract provides for your towing up to one of our nearest agencies where we deliver another car of rental of the same category.
The driver's responsibility is designated by the representative authorities (traffic police officer in cities and agents of the royal gendarmerie in the rural areas).
Any damage following a disaster not justified by a report accident report or a report from the local authorities is at the charge on tenant who remains the one and only responsible for the car even when parking.
Repairing any damage or deterioration of the car following driving under the influence of alcohol is 100% the responsibility of the driver in addition to the days of immobilization of the car for the restoration.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we are committed to you replace the rental car with a new car from the same category at no cost to you and even the duration arrest the car will be given to you as an extension of the pre-signed contract.
If your responsibility is engaged, following a bad car handling, or off-track use tarred, the towing the car to our workshop in Casablanca, the pieces of spare, labor and days immobilization of the car are your responsibility.

The insurance contract concluded between Amidine Car and our insurer covers the car and five people on board. Any charge additional is not covered and therefore returns to the responsibility of the car tenant.
The tenant is solely responsible for the baggage transported, he remember that it is forbidden to use the car rental in transport of goods.
Any baggage with illegal content (narcotics and drugs) forbidden. The tenant in this case is the only one responsible for consequences.

For your convenience, we advise you to pay your rental by payment card approved by the rental agency.
A security deposit is blocked on your credit card at the delivery of the car. This must imperatively be at Name of tenant.
The amount of the security deposit is equal to that of the franchise insurance (usually 20% of the value of the car chosen for your stay).
Payment of the rental amount will be required at the signing of the contract in cash, check or card banking against receipt signed and sealed.
In the case of the application of a promotional offer, the non-compliance with the rental period provided on the day of delivery of the car, systematically generates invoicing at the price public in force depending on the season.

In case of dispute, only the Casablanca court is competent.
The tenant agrees to return the car to his owner the day of expiry of the contract in the state mentioned on checking established the day of delivery of the car.
The owner of the car preserves the right to recovery of property on the day the contract expires rental or on the day of the finding of non-compliance with one of the clauses contractual.
